Today is a special day for our family. My wife and I are celebrating twenty two years of ....um, marital bliss, yes that's it. I know this will come as a shock to many of you that are doing the math and thinking, "Wow, he must have gotten married at ten!!" LOL!!
We are certainly not the same as we were 22 years ago. Let's just say we have both "grown" in many ways. Check out the video where I talk about how we are both trying to lose weight to "ungrow" and what our weight loss goals are. Have you learned any marriage tips that you would care to share?? I love your comments!
Congrats to you both!!
ReplyDeleteThanks :-)
DeleteCongrats on your anniversary.
ReplyDeleteThank you Mary Ellen!
DeleteHas I have "grown" in many ways I can thank you for this blog because We are certainly not the same as we were 22 years ago.
ReplyDeleteIt's funny how we change.

ReplyDeleteLori
Thank you, Lori.
DeleteHappy anniversary and congrats on conquering the kayak!!!
ReplyDeleteIn answer to your question...yes all my problems really are the result of a roller coaster ride!
Thanks, I wouldn't yet say I have conquered it, but at least it has not conquered me yetlol
DeleteHappy Anniversary youngster. :)
ReplyDeleteHa, some days this "youngster" doesn't feel all too young lol.
DeleteHi Paul, My husband and I are going on our 20th. We didn't marry until in our 30s. Congrats on your anniversary and success. What works? I would have to say humor and respect. Once you lose either, these get dicey!
ReplyDeleteI agree respect is a must and humor makes everything go much better!
Delete**things get dicey
ReplyDelete22 years of marriage?! I thought you were only 21 years old! Congratulations :)
ReplyDeleteWe marry rather young here in the States lol.
DeleteI have become more patient and accepting. I have learned to listen. Almost 15 years... Congrats to you and your wife!
ReplyDeleteGood points, Terri. I have to say I am still working on improving on these still!
DeleteHappy Anniversary! We will celebrate out 22nd this fall. I see people getting married at the same age we did and they seem so young... I have no advice as every marriage is different and at times hard work.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to you as well Cee!
