The lake was like glass today. You can see the the hull of my kayak in this shot. It kinda looks lonely sitting upside down on the shore...waiting. I love paddling in still water, but it was pretty cold today.
Weight loss is going to be a challenge in the winter. I really like to be out exercising in the nice weather, but exercising outside in winter is not so much fun. Anyone with some good advice??
I am a firm believer in "where there's a will there's a way". Weren't you using a weight bench at one time? You can get work out videos at the library to check out and even YouTube has exercise videos. Check out "No. 1 Fat Burning Exercise" - I did a blog post with a link if you want to look it up.
